With our 10 year anniversary in our sights on April 1, 2015, we have started down the path to capturing the story of how culture at P’unk Ave has emerged with a particular focus on the last 3 transformative years.
We are in the process of extracting lessons learned, processes that have worked for us, mistakes and experiences that compelled us to make changes, and mindsets that have helped us grow to become the kind of place we all want to work.
It is our hope that other companies will find inspiration and ideas that they can apply themselves. We don’t plan to stand still so this will be a snapshot in time, but a snapshot of a time in which it feels great to be a P’unk.
Committing to capturing this now reminds me of a piece I made as an artist around 1998 that was titled, “as far as I can tell…”. In 10 more years, we may look back and think, “Wow, I can’t believe how far we have come since 2015,” but for now, as far as we can tell, we are doing some things worth sharing. We hope you find them valuable.
